Mindfulness is the state of being present in the moment and being aware of your surroundings. Often times, we can get so caught up in life that we don't practice living in the moment. We have to learn to be fully present and engage with what we are doing in the moment. It is so crucial to learn to practice Mindfulness involves breathing method, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the mind and body.
